Overall it was a really comfortable stay on a business trip. Satisfactory breakfast with beans, and the staff was accommodating and pleasant.

Dingy, grubby and very noisy

Our room with a garden view was compact with exceptionally comfortable beds. We appreciated an electric kettle, a personal safe and central heating. Everything was great, even so a few employees were not very helpful. Local fast food option Mcdonald's was 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel is situated close to large communication node: buses, underground, rail. Everything is close, but the hotel located at the Argyle Square (which is a small park) still manages to be peaceful and quiet.
The room was nice and cozy, but we had some problems with bathroom door. It was a sliding door that happened to stuck and was difficult to close or open without help from the other side. Also it would be nice to have Internet connection in the hotel.

Convenient location for city centre and stations
Poor room, lack of bed side lights, television on top of wardrobe, door could only be locked from inside.

Excellent location and daytime staff were friendly.
Room was very poor. Bathroom was the worst I've experienced in a hotel. Wash basin was situated in the room itself and not in the bathroom. Bulb missing above the wash basin and no toilet roll holder which meant that the toilet roll was wet from being on the floor when we arrived. Night porter was not very friendly. Overall disappointing and poor value for money - would not recommend it to others.

Convenient Stay Near Major Transport Links
We had a lovely family stay, enjoying the cozy atmosphere. The staff were quite accommodating, especially during breakfast. Proximity to Kings Cross and St Pancras made it easy for day trips. For future guests, request a room with better ventilation for a more pleasant experience.

Breakfast was good and thanks for serving it before 7am as I had a train to catch at 730.
Bad points- Dont get the top floors as the shower/water pressure is so low i didnt bother having a shower before work.As i had to travel 3 hours on a train and then straight into work this was,nt an ideal start to the day.

Fantastic value for money. Most efficient breakfast service I've ever had! So convenient for Kings Cross / St Pancras. I stayed 2 nights and slept well both nights.
No tea or coffee making facilities or hairdryers in rooms.

Had a lovely stay here! I really enjoyed the cozy shower and the surprisingly comfy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. Just a heads up, the room was a bit on the small side but didn't ruin my overall experience. Definitely worth a visit! 😊
